Who We Are

A proudly Aboriginal-owned business built on community, quality, and purpose.

Our Story

Naanda Australia was founded in 2010 with a clear vision: create real opportunities for the people of the Pilbara.

What started as a fencing company has grown into a diverse services business, now delivering facility management, maintenance, construction, pest management, and hygiene services across Karratha and the wider Pilbara region, including Cape Lambert, Dampier, Cossack, and Onslow.

We are 100% Aboriginal-owned, and that shapes how we hire, how we train, and how we think about the long-term impact of every project we take on.

Why We Exist

Too many people in our community are stuck: without skills, without work, without a clear path forward. Naanda Australia exists to change that. Through sustainable employment, hands-on training, and ongoing mentoring, we give people the tools to build a better life, not just for themselves, but for their families and future generations.

What Sets Us Apart

Safety as a Non-Negotiable

We maintain robust WHS/HSEQ systems across every project. Safety is embedded in our culture, not bolted on as an afterthought.

Pre-Qualified with Major Clients

We hold pre-qualification status with our major clients, who have independently verified our capability, safety standards, and reliability.

Built on Long-Term Relationships

We are not here for one-off contracts. We invest in lasting relationships with our clients, our people, and our community.

Committed to Indigenous Employment

Our ownership is Aboriginal, and our hiring reflects that. We are creating real pathways for Indigenous Australians to build meaningful careers.
